The GeeBee series of planes were built by the Granville Brothers in the US. They started with a biplane noted for it's ease
of maintenance and crash survivability. They went on to build small single seat sport planes and then on to racers, the most
famous being the stubby R series. The Z model was a trophy winning racer.
This short kit is suitable for intermediate to advanced builders and fliers. It has been designed to use the Feigao brushless
motor in an IPS gearbox at approxiamtely 40W. It will easily accept other brushless alternatives. It is of all wood constructions
with laser cut balsa and plywood parts.
Rob's version of the Z is a proven flier and goes together well. The model uses 4 channels for control (throttle, rudder,
elevator, and ailerons).
There are plans that come with the kit. There is also an instruction booklet. It can be downloaded from our "Downloads"
page, or, for an additional fee you can have a printed copy.
The famous scalloped GeeBee Graphics as seen in the photo are available from Callie's Graphics (click to her web site
