The new technologies available in electric power have made smaller models more feasible. The monoplanes are about 30"
wingspans. Biplanes are about 25" wingspan. Ready to fly weights are around 8 oz. These planes are good slow flying
planes. They are all 3ch although the more experienced builders can make them 4ch if desired.
Design power is the GWS IPS geared, brushed motor with a 6:1 gear and GWS 9070 prop on 2s Lipo. Upgrade to brushless
is possible with either the Medusa/Feigao 12mm IPS replacement motors, or, one of the many small outrunners available now.
The Hacker A10 and EFlite Park 250 would be suitable for these planes.
